Anita Morrison
Trainer/Customised Employment Specialist

  • Anita is a qualified trainer/assessor and has worked for Registered Training Organisations (RTOS) on the Fraser Coast. She has a strong knowledge of vocational education and training and she has organised practical placement opportunities for her students, in the local area. Anita holds a Certificate III in Business and has utilised her skills in the local community on a voluntary basis for many years in sporting and educational organisations.

  • Anita has delivered Tech Savvy and Digi Help sessions to beginners for the Fraser Coast Libraries. She is patient and caring and can relate well to anyone, especially those wishing to learn and improve their skills.

  • Anita has experience with Human Resource Management and Banking, including recruitment, career progression and skills development. She has supported many people to gain employment and promotions by offering opportunities to grow their skill sets, take on more challenging activities and overcoming barriers.

  • Anita worked in leadership and was heavily involved in the development and delivery of leadership programs. She is an exceptional communicator and is able to assist people from all levels including school children and members of the community. Anita is skilled at documenting outcomes and goals.

Kathy Shilvock
Career Practitioner and Customised Employment Specialist

  • Kathy is a Registered Teacher

  • Kathy has post graduate qualifications in career development and is a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and a Registered Professional Career Development Practitioner. Kathy holds two Masters Degrees in Education and a Science Degree

  • Kathy's experience spans Education, Learning Disability, Adult education, NDIS employment, assessment and reporting, the University sector and eBook publishing. Kathy has a deep understanding of government, higher education, publishing, education and many other industries

  • Kathy has been employed as a librarian, university learning advisor, educational liaison, tutor and coastal education officer. Kathy is an Advanced Queensland Digital Community Champion and has worked with hundreds of clients with low to medium digital skills to achieve their goals

  • Kathy has used expert skills and knowledge developed in a variety of educational contexts over 33 years to help hundreds of people develop confidence in their abilities.
